Overview:

Join our dynamic sales team as a Regional Sales Manager, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for our innovative product designed to enhance safety for construction teams. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating closely with our supportive sales team, including the Construction Sales Manager, National Accounts Managers, and Regional Account Managers. This professional must live within the territory of MD, DC, VA, NC, & SC.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase revenue on a monthly basis by state and region, with a focus on achieving year-over-year market share growth measured quarterly.
  • Develop and support a comprehensive regional business plan to drive sales objectives.
  • Cultivate strong, productive relationships with local and regional sales representatives within our distribution and manufacturing partner companies, aligning with their goals and offering incentives as needed.
  • Manage regional revenue and expenditure accounting, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Conduct training sessions for partner companies’ sales teams to equip them as exceptional EV Sales Representatives and advocates.
  • Facilitate introductions between local contractors and Regional Account Managers for ongoing account management and follow-up.
  • Identify and foster relationships with key local market leaders and major contractor clients.
  • Communicate effectively with the Regional Account Manager and Construction Sales Manager, sharing plans, strategies, and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Sales Manager on regional plans, implementations, progress monitoring, and Regional Account Manager development and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 60%.

This is a remote, full-time position with a base salary range of $55,000-$70,000, and commission eligible targeted at $50,000-$60,000, based on experience.
